An exciting up-and-coming pace bowling talent who came through the ranks from the town of Kapunda in South Australia, Darcie Brown has lived up to her potential since making her international debut in 2021.
Brown ascribes to the ‘bowl straight, bowl fast’ school of thought, and often handles the new ball given her ability to swing it in the early overs. At the same time, she possesses an accurate bouncer that can come in handy at all stages of the game.
The young pacer tasted ICC trophy success with Australia early in her career, making big contributions in Australia’s ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2023 triumph.
