George Headley represented West Indies in 22 Tests and scored 2,190 runs at an average of 60.83, including ten centuries, eight of them against England.
Known as ‘The Black Bradman’, his highest Test score, an unbeaten 270, came against England in 1935. In 1930, he also became the first West Indian to score hundreds in each innings of a Test – against England – scoring 114 and 112
