Sthalekar
AustraliaLisa Sthalekar was rated as the leading all-rounder in the world when ICC rankings were introduced in 2008/09. She was the first female cricketer to score 1000 runs and take 100 wickets in ODIs. She has 3913 runs and 229 wickets in international cricket.
Player Bio
Sthalekar played 125 ODIs – the second-most by any Australian woman when she retired – eight Tests and 54 T20Is for Australia. She was involved in four successful women's World Cup campaigns, two each in ODIs and T20Is. She brought her international career to an end with a spectacular catch that won Australia the ICC Women's World Cup 2013, a game in which she also took two big wickets.
With three international centuries against her name, Sthalekar was a handy bat, holding together the middle order. She retired as the 10th highest run-scorer in women's ODIs and Australia's third-highest. Her ODI wicket tally of 146 was the third-highest at the time and is still inside the top 10. Her T20I tally of 60 wickets was second when she retired.
Since hanging up her boots, she's blazed a trail as a commentator.
