Chanderpaul
West Indies
Unbeaten on 49 occasions throughout his Test career, few valued their wicket more than Shivnarine Chanderpaul, a dogged left-hander with a curious yet effective technique to match his mental grit.
Player Bio
Chanderpaul made his Test debut on home soil in Guyana back in 1994, making 62 from 135 balls in an innings win for the West Indies over England. The knock proved an accurate reflection of Chanderpaul’s esteemed career, making 11,867 Test runs at an average over 50, and evolved in the One Day International game, making 8778 at 41.60.
