Media Advisory- ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025 – Friday, 7 March

The following is the schedule of media opportunities at the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025 on Friday, 7 March:

Dubai

India and New Zealand play the final at the Dubai International Stadium (DIS) on Sunday, 9 March, starting 13h00 local time.

On Friday:

India will train at the ICC Academy from 18h00 local time. A member of the coaching staff will be made available for a brief interaction during training.

New Zealand will not train. They will hold a media huddle with head coach Gary Stead at The Meydan Hotel at 10h00. Please WhatsApp New Zealand Team Media Manager Eddy Bramley on +64 274237070 for any clarifications.

Note on Accreditation for Final: The match-day accreditation process for the final will be completed on Friday. Accreditation cards for the match will be scanned at the entry, so please do not try to get inside the venue unless you have match-day accreditation. Trying to attend the match without having match-day accreditation could lead to a ban from future ICC tournaments.

Note for NRH media:

  • Accredited Non-Rights Holders are allowed to film pre-match day media conferences, but no filming is allowed inside the venues on match days except for any safe filming zone that may be provided at venues.
  • Videos shot at venues on pre-match days may only be used on news channels and websites for editorial purposes and are not to be natively posted on any social media channels including YouTube.
  • Up to 10 minutes of coverage (including five minutes of continuous live) allowed; videos provided from media conferences provided by the ICC may be used in addition to these 10 minutes.
  • The ICC will upload unedited media conference clips onto the Online Media Zone. The footage, whether provided by the ICC or shot by the media themselves, may only be used on news channels and websites for editorial purposes and are not to be natively posted on any social media channels including YouTube.
  • If you intend to film non-matchday media conferences (either by camera or phone) please position yourself in the back row or behind the back row of seating.

Note for photographers:

  • Photographers are expected to always wear their bibs and are only permitted in designated areas.
  • On pre-match days, photographers need to shoot from the areas identified by the Venue Media Manager.
  • On match-days, photographers need to arrive for a pre-match meeting one hour in advance of the toss, when they will be assigned photo positions by the Venue Media Manager.
  • NRH photographers will not be allowed at media conferences.

Media Centre entry and timings: On match days, the media areas will open two hours before the start of play and remain open till around 2 ½ hours after the end of the match.
