Wheelchair and accessible seating along with carer and companion seating is available throughout the venue for all matches and can be purchased online via tickets.t20worldcup.com or via the Ticketing Contact Centre.

Disability drop off and pick up zones (disability permit holders only) for event days are located on:

• War Memorial Drive, out the front of Next Gen Health Clubs and Tennis SA, adjacent to Pinky Flat. This drop off zone must be accessed from the western side via Montefiore Road or Morphett Street Bridge
• King William Road, adjacent to the East Gate for north-bound traffic
• Pennington Terrace (northern end of Adelaide Oval)

All main entries to the stadium are accessible for wheelchair users and those who are accompanied by assistant dogs. Ramps are positioned near all lifts, stairs, and escalators in the stadium.

Please ensure powered wheelchairs or scooters are charged as there are no charging points within the public seating section.

Hearing loops are available at William Magarey room, Cathedral room, Premiership suite, MG suite one, Committee Room, SMA Boardroom, Gil Langley Room, Leigh Whicker Room, Ian McLachlan Dining room and Phil Ridings bar.

All catering outlets have accessible height counters and clear signage indicating how to locate and use the facilities provided.

The stadium has 41 unisex toilets located near all male and female toilets throughout the stadium. These toilets have raised tactile/braille signs that tell which way to transfer onto the pan. Additionally, 77 cubicles within the male or female toilets have extra space with the door opening away from you to assist patrons who use a walking frame or another mobility aid. Male urinals have support rails at each end to assist with mobility.

There are 11 parenting rooms with baby change tables mounted at accessible heights.

Adelaide Oval operates by card only. Patrons with cash will be able to exchange it for a complementary cash card and event day staff are familiar with locations of cash card exchange booths around the stadium. The cash card may be used at food and beverage outlets. Your cash card can be redeemed for cashing for the remaining card value at the stadium during stadium operating hours.

Prams and strollers are not permitted into Adelaide Oval. Free pram storage will be available at the East Gate and North Gate. Items are left at owner’s risk.

For the safety of all, we recommend you wear a face mask when arriving at, moving around and exiting the venue to protect yourself and others.

Please wash or sanitise your hands regularly and cover coughs and sneezes. There are the hand sanitiser stations available around the venue.

You may bring a small esky or cooler bag to the venue, but it must be smaller than H:35cm, W:20cm, L:30cm to fit under your seat.

Please read the Restricted and Prohibited Items section below to ensure any food and drink you bring is permitted into the venue.

First aid services are available to all patrons and medical crew will be present inside and outside the stadium. Please ask a member of staff for assistance if you require medical attention.

Any lost property that is found during the event will be located inside the south gate, memorial drive. Contact 8205 4700 or enquires@adelaideoval.com.au for enquiries after the event.

Merchandise will be available from outlets in the Western Stand, Eastern Stand and Riverbank Stand. Additional outlets will be outside the venue at the South Gate and East Gate. Please ask a member of staff or a volunteer to direct you to the nearest one.

Ticket Pass outs will be permitted at all T20WC venues on all match days.*

Each ticketholder must have their ticket scanned out at the time they exit the venue. Ticket holders must retain their valid Match-day ticket as they will be required to scan their ticket to exit and again to re-enter.

If a ticketholder tries to re-enter the venue and their ticket has not first been scanned out, they may be denied entry back into the venue.

All ticket holders re-entering the venue will be required to go through and pass the full security check again before re-entry.

Don’t forget to use the Aramco Recycling machines to dispose of your plastic waste. Aramco & ICC will recycle these into clothing. Look for them around the venue.

Please bring only what you need to enjoy a day at the cricket and leave the following common items at home, as you will not be permitted to bring them into the venue. Prohibited items include:

• Metal cans or glass bottles
• Large banners and large flag sticks that are over 1.6m in length
• Balls, including cricket balls
• Musical instruments, including whistles, horns, vuvuzelas and megaphones (unless previously arranged and approved)
• Eskies and cooler bags larger than H:35cm, W:20cm, L:30cm
• Alcohol
• Any food or non-alcoholic drinks other than small amounts for personal consumption

Smoking and vaping anywhere within the venue is prohibited

Umbrellas are permitted into the Venue but, for the comfort of others, must not be raised in the seating bowl or concourse areas during play.
