Bangladesh make a big squad change ahead of the series decider against Sri Lanka
Bangladesh have added uncapped wicketkeeper batter Jaker Ali Anik in place of Litton Das going into the third and final ODI against Sri Lanka.
With the three-game ODI series against Sri Lanka hanging in balance, Bangladesh have replaced Litton Das with Jaker Ali Anik. Jaker is uncapped at the ODI level but has featured for Bangladesh in T20Is. He has scored 110 T20I runs so far at an average of 55 and a strike rate of 122.22. In List A cricket, Jaker has scored close to 2000 runs at an average of 34.87.
Gazi Ashraf Hossain, Bangladesh's Chairman of the National Selection Panel explained the call.
“With the series now hanging in the balance, we believe Jaker Ali’s addition will provide the team with more options and flexibility in the middle order.”

Bangladesh won the first ODI by six wickets, while they lost the second encounter by three wickets. The series decider will be played on 18 March in Chattogram, which also hosted the first two ODIs.
