Blow for England with young spinner to depart India
The teenager will depart India and head home to India due to a family matter.
England have been dealt a blow with news that young spinner Rehan Ahmed will take no further part in his side's Test tour of India due to personal reasons.
The 19-year-old featured in the opening three matches of the ongoing ICC World Test Championship series against India, but will return to England due to an urgent family matter.

England released a statement on social media just prior to the start of the fourth Test in Ranchi, declaring the spinner would return home and no replacement would be named.
"Rehan Ahmed will return home for personal reasons," the statement read.
"He will not be returning to India and we will not be naming a replacement."

Rehan made his Test debut against Pakistan at the end of 2022 and added a further three Tests to his name during the ongoing tour of India, claiming 11 wickets at an average of 44.
With Rehan sidelined, England gave another chance to off-spinner Shoaib Bashir.
