This is your venue guide for everything you need to know about matches held at the stadium throughout the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024.

Ticketing

The ICC Men's T20 World Cup is a digitally ticketed event, and your tickets can be accessed using the official 'T20WC Tickets' app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Here's how to access your tickets after downloading the app:

  1. Register your details in the app
  2. Download your ticket(s) ahead of the match
  3. Scan your tickets(s) to enter the venue

If you have purchased tickets for family members or friends, you can easily transfer them through the app. Simply ensure that each member of your group has the app downloaded and their details registered to receive the transferred tickets.

Tickets

Parking

Convenient onsite parking is available at Central Broward Park & Broward County Stadium, providing easy access for attendees arriving by car.

With ample parking spaces located from West Bound, East Sunrise Blvd, this ensures a hassle-free experience for you.

Parking will open two hours before the first ball on match days. For your arrival on match day, please arrive early to ensure you have ample time to park your car and explore the stadium before first ball!

Getting to the Ground

Attendees should note that there is no public transport available to Central Broward Park & Broward County Stadium. We recommend general ticket holders to take advantage of the parking options located within close proximity to the venue, or Ride Share options.

  1. Access: General access from North Bound, Road 441, turn right into 11th Pl, Lauderhill, FL 33311.

  2. Park: Parking can be accessed from West Bound, East Sunrise Blvd. General Parking is $40 + tax.

  3. Ride Share: Ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are an alternative option to reach the stadium with a designated Ride Share dropoff point, located at Lauderhill Performing Arts Center (3800 NW 11th Pl, Lauderhill, FL 33311). Simply request a ride using the app and specify the stadium as your destination.

  4. Train: If you are coming from Miami, Aventura, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach or Orlando, take the train to Brightline Fort Lauderdale Station, which is located less than 5 miles away from Broward County Stadium.

Entry Times

Gates will open two hours before the first ball of all four matches hosted at Central Broward Park & Broward County Stadium, allowing you ample time to arrive, park, and make your way into the stadium. Timings for all matches will be:

Morning:

  • Gates Open: 8:30am (EST)
  • First Ball: 10:30am (EST)

Evening:

  • Gates Open: 5:30pm (EST)
  • First Ball: 7:30pm (EST)

With pre-match entertainment both inside and outside the stadium, the early gate times provides you enough time to find your seat(s), explore the facilities, and soak in the pre-match atmosphere.

We recommend arriving early to avoid any potential queues into the stadium or food and beverage outlets just before the start of the match.

Ticket Resolution

The ticket resolution office at Central Broward Park & Broward County Stadium provides assistance should you have any ticket-related inquiries or issues.

You'll find a ticket resolution office conveniently located at the Main Gate entry, so whether you need to resolve ticketing concerns or require assistance with entry, look for these designated tent to receive prompt support from stadium staff.

Food and Beverages

Around the stadium, you'll find a diverse range of food and beverage options to satisfy every craving.

From quick snacks before or during the game, to hearty meals and healthy options, there are multiple points throughout the stadium to purchase food during your visit. Stands will also a variety of bottled water and soda drinks available with selected points offered alcoholic beverages.

Please note, no outside food and drink may be brought into the stadium complex.

Prohibited & Restricted Items

By purchasing a ticket to enter the venue you will consent to abide by the Terms & Conditions and the ICC Conditions of Entry.

For the safety and comfort of all attendees, certain items are prohibited within Nassau County International Cricket Stadium premises. Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

  • Dangerous Items/Weapons (including but not limited to firearms, explosive, knives, flares, fireworks & laser pointers)
  • Commercial Video/Photographic/Audio Equipment
  • Animals (other than service animals)
  • Alcohol not purchased within the venue or illegal narcotics
  • Glass, Hard Plastic or Metal bottles/cans
  • Bags (Back Packs and or Luggage) or any bag larger than 30x30x30 cm (12x12x12 in.).
    All bags must be clear or transparent
  • Promotional or Commercial Material
  • Any items or messaging of a provocative, political and/or offensive nature
  • Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
  • Bicycles, Scooters (inc. motorized) and skateboards
  • Inflatable items, inc. beach balls
  • Balls, inc. but not limited to tennis, cricket or footballs
  • Compressed gas cannisters and other flammable items
  • Tents, beach umbrellas & fold out chairs
  • Large Banners and flags – nothing larger than 1.6M in Length (approximately 5ft) or w/sticks larger than 2 feet (60cm)
  • Whistles, vuvuzelas, megaphones, and air horns

Prohibited Behaviour

To maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere at Nassau County International Cricket Stadium, certain behaviors are strictly prohibited. These include:

  • Engage in any form of betting or gambling related to cricket or enabling betting or gambling by transmitting match-related information to a third part
  • Offering goods or services for sale
  • Obstructing entrances, exits, aisles & stairwells
  • Obstructing the view of other spectators
  • Throwing of objects
  • Standing on seats, climbing within the venue or damaging property
  • Smoking or vaping within the venue
  • Offensive or threatening conduct
  • Sexist, racist, homophobic and abusive language or gestures
  • Public nudity or indecency
  • Entering the playing area or other restricted zones
  • Being notably under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs

Venue Restrictions

  • Musical instruments such as bongo drums, conch shells, trumpets, guitars, sitar, maracas or tambourines are permitted, subject to security screening at a dedicated screening area, prior to entry
  • Umbrellas are not to be raised in venues where they obstruct the view of other spectators
  • Prams, Strollers are to be checked at the designated area
  • Baby formula and associated bottles, diapers, and infant care products are permitted to be brought in by families with young children accompanying them
  • Kirpans must be surrendered or cloaked upon entry
  • Ladies personal glass perfume bottles are permitted

Musical Instruments & Plush Toy Policy

Any person wishing to bring a musical instrument OR plush toy into the stadium must adhere to
the following requirements:

  • The instrument / plush toy must be able to be contained within a seating space, i.e. under a seat, and therefore not cause any obstruction to access/egress points
  • The instrument / plush toy should be of a type that can be searched, i.e. no hollow spaces where items can be concealed. All such items are subject to security screening prior to entry
  • All horn-type instruments are prohibited without prior approval
  • Anyone with a musical instrument / plush toy is reminded that venues will deal robustly with any failures to comply with requests from stewards. Nuisance reports from fellow spectators will be managed on a case-by-case basis.

Note: On matchday musical instruments / plush toys will only be granted access to the venue if they have been prior approved or presented on matchday for approval at the designated venue location.

Any organized group wishing to perform at the venue must inform the venue directly of any intention to attend any match, in order to ensure that areas can be set aside for performance if possible. They must also advise the venue of the anticipated numbers of people within the group intending to perform. Early engagement is advised. The venues reserve the right to limit numbers attending.
