ICC announces umpire and match referee appointments for upcoming ODI series

The ICC today announced umpire and match referee appointments for upcoming ODI series in Malaysia and South Africa.

The tri-series between Australia, India and the West Indies, from 12 - 22 September in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, will be overseen by Chris Broad from the Emirates Elite Panel of ICC match referees.

Former England batsman Broad will work alongside Mark Benson and Asad Rauf from the Emirates Elite Panel of ICC umpires, as well as Tony Hill from the Emirates International Panel, with that trio alternating between on-field and third umpire duties.

Also during September, South Africa will host Zimbabwe for a three-match ODI series from 15 - 20 September.

Emirates Elite Panel ICC match referee Roshan Mahanama will preside over the matches with Emirates Elite Panel ICC umpire Daryl Harper joined in the middle by appointees from Cricket South Africa.

Further appointments, including those for the ICC Champions Trophy, will be made and announced in due course.
