The ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 takes place between 19 February-2 April 2011. The three host countries are Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka.

What is the schedule for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011?
The schedule for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 has already been announced. The first game takes place in Dhaka on 19 February when Bangladesh faces India. The quarter-finals begin on 23 March, the semi-finals start on 29 March and the final is on 2 April. There are 49 matches in all. Day matches start at 09:30 am and the day and night matches start at 14:30 hours. In addition there are also 14 practice matches.

Which teams are taking part?
There are 14 teams taking part in the ICC Cricket World Cup. The 10 ICC Full Members will be joined by four qualifiers for the ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier who are Canada, Ireland, Kenya and the Netherlands.

The draw for the ICC Cricket World Cup has already taken place. Group A will see Australia, Pakistan, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe, Canada and Kenya play against each other. Group B will see India, South Africa, England, West Indies, Bangladesh, Ireland and the Netherlands face each other.
