ICC Women’s Player of the Month nominees for September announced

Tammy Beaumont (England)

The right-hander showed she is still a force in international cricket with a group of excellent knocks during England's white-ball tour of Ireland.

Beaumont totalled 212 runs at an average of 106 to help England register a 2-1 series triumph and backed that up with another 67 runs from two innings in the two-match T20I series that followed.

The highlight for the month came in the second ODI contest, when Beaumont smashed 150 from just 139 deliveries in a Player of the Match performance that guided England to victory.

Aimee Maguire (Ireland)

The 18-year-old produced a string of memorable performances with the ball during September as she claimed a total of 12 wickets from five white-ball contests against England.

Maguire's best effort was in the third ODI in Belfast when she claimed career-best figures of 5/19 in a Player of the Match performance as Ireland claimed an upset victory over England in style.

The left-armer finished the month with spells of 3/30 and 2/32 in a pair of T20I contests against England, displaying a full array of quality deliveries that helped Ireland square the two-match series at 1-1.

Esha Oza (UAE)

The UAE all-rounder enjoyed an excellent month of September as she made strong contributions with bat and ball to help her side to win the tri-series against Namibia and Zimbabwe.

Oza’s best effort with the bat came against Zimbabwe when the 26-year-old smashed 84 from just 65 deliveries as the UAE registered a narrow five-wicket triumph courtesy of a boundary from Kavisha Egodage on the final ball of the contest.

The UAE star also hit 42 and claimed three wickets with the ball with her off spin in the preceding match against Namibia, finishing the series with a total of 209 runs at an average of 34.83 and eight wickets at an average of 14.50.
