Leach withdraws from Lord's Test, replacement named
While stopping a boundary by Devon Conway in the sixth over, Leach, who was giving a chase from backward point, landed awkwardly on his head.
He looked in pain, holding his neck and head and was treated by the physiotherapist on the sidelines.
Jack Leach has symptoms of concussion following his head injury whilst fielding.

There was a bit of a break in play as the New Zealand and England medical staff treated him, following which he walked off the field.
England Cricket Board later confirmed on their social channels that Leach was exhibiting concussion symptoms and had been ruled out of the match.
Leg-spinner Matt Parkinson is expected to join the team later today as a replacement.
"Leach will have a graduated return to play with a minimum period being seven days, in accordance with concussion guidelines," an ECB statement said.
A seven-day recovery period means that Leach's participation in the second Test, which starts on 10 June, might be in doubt.
