South Africa and England secure comfortable wins against Samoa and Pakistan, while Scotland scrapes through Nepal challenge on Day 3.

The second half of day three featured thrilling encounters and blockbuster clashes.

Scotland had a nail-biting clash with Nepal, struggling to chase a modest target of 73 but ultimately scraping through with a 1-wicket victory. South Africa dominated Samoa with ease, dismissing them for a mere 16 runs before chasing down the target in under two overs. England secured a comfortable win against Pakistan, bowling them out for 66 and successfully chasing the target inside 10 overs to claim their two points.

SCOTLAND v NEPAL, MATCH CENTRE

After opting to bat first, Nepal struggled against the relentless Scottish bowling attack. Maisie Maceira delivered a stunning performance, claiming a five-wicket haul, while Amelie Baldie and Nayma Sheikh chipped in with two wickets each. As a result, Nepal was bowled out for just 73 runs in 18.5 overs. Skipper Puja Mahato was the top scorer for Nepal, managing 27 runs off 43 deliveries.

Scotland faced a stiff challenge from Nepal despite the low target. Puja Mahato struck early with a wicket, and Nepal capitalized further with three sharp runouts, leaving Scotland in a precarious position at 37/6 in the 14th over. However, Pippa Sproul anchored the innings with a vital 35 off 47 balls, guiding Scotland to a nail-biting 1-wicket victory.

ENGLAND v PAKISTAN, MATCH CENTRE

England won the toss in Johor and chose to bowl, immediately putting Pakistan under pressure. Amruthaa Surenkumar struck early, claiming three quick wickets, leaving Pakistan unable to recover. They dismantled Samoa's batting lineup, bowling them out for just 16 runs in 9.1 overs. Nthabiseng Nini starred with the ball, claiming three wickets while conceding only 4 runs.
