The following is the schedule of media opportunities on Saturday, 13 November at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021:

Dubai

  • Australia will face New Zealand in the Final of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021 at the Dubai International Stadium at 18h00 on Sunday 14 November.
  • Australia will hold an optional training session at the ICC Academy between 14h00 and 17h00 local time. Aaron Finch will hold his pre-Final press conference at the Dubai International Stadium from 16h00 local time.
  • New Zealand will hold their training session at the ICC Academy between 18h00 and 21h00 local time. Kane Williamson will hold his pre-Final press conference at Dubai International Stadium from 17h00 local time.
  • Both press conferences will be held in person and via Zoom. Reminder that anyone wanting to attend the pre-match press conference will need to have applied via email to Abrahams.ext@icc-cricket.com before 12:00 noon tomorrow and be in receipt of a negative PCR test taken within the last 72 hours.
  • The image of both captains with the trophy will be available on the ICC’s Online Media Zone from about 18h00 local time on 13 November.

Photography at the final: Photographers who intend to cover the presentation ceremony after the final on 14 November need to inform the ICC Media team by 17h00 local time on Saturday 13 November by dropping a note to Robin.Abrahams.ext@icc-cricket.com.

They also need to adhere to bio-security protocols outlined for the activity, which include a COVID-19 negative report in a test carried out the previous day (Saturday). They also need to remain in their allotted photo area for the presentation ceremony, wear masks and abide by any other directions from the media and bio-security officials at the venue.

Media can avail of the testing facility at Gate A8 of the Dubai International Stadium from 09h00 to 12h00 on Saturday or at any Burjeel Hospital after 09h00 as per the arrangements made by the ICC. Detail available here.
