Morne Morkel
After making his Test debut against India in late 2006, South African paceman, Morne Morkel, went on to play 86 Tests, 117 ODIs and 44 T20Is for the Proteas between 2006-2018.
A vastly experienced player who stands at an imposing 1.96 metres tall, Morne retired from international cricket in 2018 with 306 Test wickets and 180 ODI wickets to his name. His T20 record includes 77 wickets in 70 matches at 7.69 in the Indian Premier League.
Born in Vereeniging, Transvaal, Morne is the younger brother of Albie Morkel who also played Tests and ODIs for South Africa. Two years after Morne made his international debut, he and Albie became the first brothers in 56 years to be named as South African Cricket Annual Cricketers of the Year in the same season.
Now a permanent resident of Australia, Morne lives with his wife and young family in his new adopted country and has represented the Brisbane Heat in the Big Bash League (BBL) in 20-21.
