The International Cricket Council (ICC) and the Local Organising Committee (LOC) of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 are seeking submissions from suitably qualified companies to assist with managing the match day sportainment and sponsor activation needs in Australia and New Zealand for the tournament, which will be staged from 14 February to 29 March 2015.

The ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 will be jointly hosted by Australia and New Zealand, with 49 matches to be played at 14 venues across both countries.

Proposals will be evaluated against specific criteria including experience and capability, ability to deliver services on the ground in Australia and New Zealand, and the range and level of resources applicable to those services. Applicants will also need to demonstrate considerable experience and insight into multi-city major events.

The Successful Applicant shall be required to provide the services listed in the Request For Proposal document and deliver activities in conjunction with venues, the LOC, its partners and stakeholders. Activity will include but is not limited to: on and off-field sponsor activation, in-venue and on-field performers, pyrotechnics, ground announcement and event presentation.

It is expected that respondents will demonstrate previous experience of successfully providing match day sportainment and sponsor activation management services for a comparable event. Experience of working within a cricket environment as well as the ability to customise the match day sportainment and sponsor activation management to ensure it meets the requirements of the Event will also be taken into account.

Specific requirements, response templates and further information are available in the Request for Proposal document, which can be found here.

The deadline for proposals is 1700hrs Australian Eastern Daylight Time on 7 April 2014.
