Role: Rights Protection Volunteer

Location: In the hours leading up to the match, volunteers will be situated around the venue perimeter, experiencing the excitement as the spectators make their way to the venue. During the match, the Rights Protection Volunteers will spend the majority of their time within the ground, reporting back to the ICC.

Duration: Rights Protection team members will be required on match days at the host venue.

The Role: The Rights Protection Volunteers will play a significant role in supporting the integrity of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019. As part of a small but important team, the Rights Protection Volunteers will help to identify possible ambush marketing activities or inappropriate political messages. Part of the role will also involve identifying any potential illegal selling of merchandise or tickets, and then reporting this to ICC colleagues.
This is a fantastic role that provides volunteers with the chance to experience a vast array of locations and situations within the venue and learn about Rights Protection from experienced professionals in the industry.

We are looking for volunteers who are:

  • Fairly fit as this is quite an active role
