There were plenty of memorable matches with superlative performances throughout the tournament.
There were some wonderful memories to take away from the ICC Women's U19 T20 World Cup 2025.
Here we take a look back at six of the most remarkable matches that graced the tournament.
Sharma's superb debut
Vaishnavi Sharma won't forget her debut in a hurry, recording the best-ever bowling figures in Women's T20 World Cup history, taking five wickets and conceding just five runs - with a hat-trick in there as well.
The incredible individual display helped India dismiss hosts Malaysia for just 31 runs and set them on their way to a 10-wicket victory.
New Zealand's amazing comeback against USA
New Zealand stunned USA in Bangi, successfully defending their relatively small total of 97 thanks to a superb group bowling display led by spinner Rishika Jaswal.
The USA had fielded brilliantly - with a superlative Player of the Match performance from their own spinner, Ritu Singh, taking 5/15 - and must have felt confident when they went in to chase the target.
But they were ultimately all out for 79, 18 runs shy of New Zealand's first innings total.
Maiden triumph for Nigeria
Nigeria got their first-ever win in the tournament, edging New Zealand in a rain-affected match of 13 overs apiece.
Nigeria scored 65/6 in the first innings, and did brilliantly in the field - with the Kiwis needing just nine runs from the final over, Lilian Ude held her nerve to bowl tightly and restrict them to just 63/6.
Sri Lanka spoil Australia's unbeaten run
Sri Lanka narrowly beat Australia on the final day of Super Six action, spoiling the Aussies' unbeaten record with a 12-run victory.
Australia had kept Sri Lanka to only 99/8 in the first innings, with Lily Bassingthwaite taking three wickets - but they stumbled in the chase, making it only as far as 87/8 thanks to some tremendously focused bowling, with Chamudi Praboda, Pramudi Methsara and Aseni Thalagune all taking two wickets apiece.
Trisha heroics help India to statement win
Gongadi Trisha's batting was a crucial part of India's campaign, with a sensational century against Scotland, and a Player of the Match performance in the final - but she also worked hard and made valuable runs in other matches, most notably the top-of-the-table group clash with Sri Lanka.
With India on 17/2 early on - losing two wickets in the space of four balls - her 49 from 44 balls helped them to a steadier position of 78/4 and ultimately 118/9. The India bowlers did the rest, restricting Sri Lanka to 58/9 and concluding a thumping 60-run win.
Scotland's sneak home in one-wicket thriller
Day three of the tournament saw one of the closest finishes, with Scotland stealing a one-wicket win in the 19th over of their chase against Nepal.
Maisie Maceira delivered a stunning performance, claiming a five-wicket haul, bowling Nepal out for just 73.
Despite the tricky target, Scotland were put under immense pressure, and at one point were 37/6 in the 14th over, before Pippa Sproul held on to score a crucial 35 off 47 balls. She fell at 56/8, with Maceira out two balls later - but Gabriella Fontenla and Kirsty McColl put on a last-wicket stand of 16 runs to guide their team home.
