Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka are both undefeated and appear to be the form sides following three commanding victories, but the results against the other outfits in their group to progress to the Super Six stage now carry even more significance.

The hosts Zimbabwe are currently best-placed for the Super Six stage following their group wins over Netherlands and West Indies, with the two points secured in each match carrying across to the next phase.

Netherlands and West Indies meet on Monday to determine which team will take two points into the Super Six stage, with the loser set to start the next phase with zero points and well behind Zimbabwe which will have four.

Sri Lanka or Scotland are set to join Zimbabwe in carrying the maximum four points into the Super Six stage, as both have already beaten fellow qualifier Oman and the Group B pacesetters will clash on Tuesday.

Oman have completed their group phase and made the most of banking early wins against Ireland and UAE, but will take zero points into the Super Six stage following their losses to Sri Lanka and Scotland.
